Nasira is a registered dietitian, fitness expert, and professor of nutrition. She is currently an adjunct faculty member at Chapman University, where she teaches courses on nutrition science, and maintains a private practice working with individual clients. Nasira has 10 years of experience as a personal trainer and is a NASM certified Corrective Exercise Specialist and Senior Fitness Specialist, as well as a certified yoga instructor.

Christine is a registered dietitian, and a health and fitness enthusiast. Christine currently works at a pediatric specialty clinic with Cottage Health in Santa Barbara. Christine's mission is to empower people to overcome the barriers holding them back from achieving their goals and find ways to sustain healthy dietary habits. Working with a wide variety of people has enabled Christine to tailor her education to each client based on what will work best for them.

Megan is a registered dietitian, and a health and wellness professional. She holds an advanced degree in nutrition communications and behavior change. As a combat veteran, marathoner, and Ironman, Megan enjoys researching and communicating the value of nutrition for both physical performance as well as holistic health.
