How do I get my custom nutrition plan?

When you sign up for Quokka, you'll be connected with a registered dietitian who specializes in developing custom nutrition plans that match your lifestyle, characteristics, activity level, and unique goals. You'll fill out a brief pre-consultation questionnaire, and then your personal dietitian will reach out to you to schedule a remote consultation, typically lasting between 30 minutes and 1 hour.

At the end of the consultation, your dietitian will develop your personal nutrition plan, complete with the daily macronutrient targets that will be included in every meal you receive from Quokka, making it as easy as possible to adhere to the plan that supports your goals.

Already know your macros?

Just let us know when you sign up - we'll incorporate your ideal targets for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners into every meal.

Already work with a coach or personal trainer on your nutrition plan?

If they're up for it, we'll work with them directly to collect your initial targets and modify them as your plan evolves.



Select number of meals per week

This one is easy. Just tell us how many breakfasts, lunches, and dinners you want during the week. Weekly plans start at a minimum of 5 lunch / dinner meals per week, plus any number of meals from our breakfast menu.

All meal plans include a complimentary consultation with a registered dietitian, typically valued at $120 or more, plus the ability to adjust your meals as your nutrition plan evolves over time.

Pick up your meals or have them delivered


Quokka delivers meals for free to select drop-off locations at gyms or offices, or directly to your home for $7.

Fresh meals are delivered every Sunday and Wednesday evening.
